I did so well last week and then *ruined it* with a WHOLE LOTTA chocolate birthday cake over the weekend. Monday check-ins are going to keep me accountable from now on. And portion control...yeah, that definitely has to happen.

I am going in the wrong direction too even though I have upped my exercise. I spent the weekend in pigeon forge. Walked over 10 miles at Dollywood but my diet wasn't the best.2 -

Checking in. My account is a little off. I actually lost 1.6 pounds this week, but I put the wrong weight in to my account last week, so my account is going to think I gained weight. Almost makes me want to not put it in, lol. I had good days this week and bad days with my diet. Time to refresh and try again anew.
