Hello, I'm Kelly, I'd love any advice you can give me as to how this app helps in weight loss an healthy strong living. I myself think that being accountable for my eating an exercise will be just the ticket to a better life. So if you'd be interested in talking I'd really like that

    For myself, I am not a good judge of how much I eating. While talking with friends, lingering after a meal, etc. I eat for too long. Also food that I thought was healthy for me was not. Such as 2 slices of lasagne would feel perfect until I looked at the calories, etc. I used to record my meals in a paper journal and add the nutrients. Very time consuming. I love scanning in the barcodes for accurate fast data entry. I hope this helps. Rob
