    Not sure why you'd need to know. Eat according to a calorie calculator's estimate of your TDEE. If you gain weight, lower your calories and if you lose weight up them, until you maintain. There's your average TDEE.

    Yep. If you really want to know, you have to go to a hospital and have it measured

    Thanks for posting this question! My doctor has done so many treats on me and when everything came back normal, I was just always told I must just have a really high metabolism.
