Belly fat loss??

Any proven ways to get rid of belly fat and/or love handles? I don't have much left to lose, but the last bit isn't wanting to burn off so I can show off some abs! Any help is appreciated!

What work for me in the past was only eating foods with less then 10g of sugar per 100g and kettlebell routine

No, this wont help. Eating in a calorie deficit is what will cause his body to use his fat stores including belly area. Genetics determines where you lose first and last. Usually the belly area is the last to go. Nothing he can about it. There is no spot reducing fat. He can eat lets say 1500 calories of only sugar and still lose weight at the same rate as if he ate 1500 calories of steamed broccoli...1
