Gala apples are my preferred less than 100 calorie snack - they're really satisfying and usually around 80 cal.0
-
2 wasa crackers with one light laughing cow cheese
string cheese
100 g grapes
50 g sliced bell peppers, 50 g carrots with 1/4 cup ranch dip made by blending 1 container fat free
cottage cheese with a little water and a ranch dip packet.0 -
carrots
broccoli
clementine oranges
green pepper
all the stuff that's good for you!0 -
jello sugar free pudding...chocolate, 60 calories
quaker chewy bar, marshmallow and choc chip......90 calories
1 cup low fat caramel popcorn............................70 calories
9 tootsie roll midgees....................96 calories
1 tablespoon fat free cream cheese with 5 melba toast............110 calories
of course there's lots of fruits and veggies, but I like at least one junk snack a day0 -
Rice cakes especially marmite flavoured ones.
Pink lady apples
Clementines, small finger bananas and for an extra 2 calories :noway: you can have a Muller Light yoghurt yum yum try putting one in the freezer overnight, remove and allow to stand for 1/2 hour and eat, almost the same as shop bought frozen yoghurt even tastes creamier
Life may not be the party we hoped for :grumble :explode: but while we are here we might as well dance! :drinker: :blushing:"0 -
I < 3 those little 100 calorie snack packs you always see at the grocery store. I just tried the ah caramel & Jos Louis ones... Mmmmmmm
Feels like your 'cheating' but your not.0 -
Thanks Everyone!
I did try those 100 calorie packs. I was just wondering how to mix it up a litle.
Much appreciated!0 -
The 100 calorie Hostess Cakes are so good! Especially the chocolate with cream filling! Weight Watchers also has a lot of sweets under 100 calories.0

A medium sized banana with a little bit of honey drizzled over it is right around 100 calories. Those 100 calorie mini bags of popcorn are great too because it seems like you are eating a ton! I also eat string cheese, and the 100 cal packs. I loveHersheys 100 calorie dark chocolate bars. MMMMMMM0
