Looking for some Bowflex routines

Hello. I have just gone through 6 weeks of the 'basic weight loss' routine using my Bowflex. I have lost a decent amount of weight and my strength has definitely improved. What I am looking for next is a intermediate muscle building/body building routine that will start making these stronger muscles get bigger.

The only ones I seem to find are 3 days a week still, was thinking if I focus on certain muscle groups each day I could work out every day?
