I am going in the wrong direction too even though I have upped my exercise. I spent the weekend in pigeon forge. Walked over 10 miles at Dollywood but my diet wasn't the best.2 -

Checking in. My account is a little off. I actually lost 1.6 pounds this week, but I put the wrong weight in to my account last week, so my account is going to think I gained weight. Almost makes me want to not put it in, lol. I had good days this week and bad days with my diet. Time to refresh and try again anew.

It's a good start so far. Starting to get into the routine again. I'm unable to exercise at the moment due to injury but trying to grasp the whole portion control thing is helping out.

4 lbs in a month is a steady pace at least. I think I am still on target just from limiting calories to 1400 a day. Yay! Now to increase the exercise!4 -
I am also starting late, but I think I can RELEASE 20 lbs by July 4th! Release because if I lose something I eventually find it. I don't ever want them to come back! I'm looking forward to this challenge. I think this is exactly what I need to push through this plateau.
