Going to try something different with my meals

Usually my meals are all pretty equal or heavier at dinner, but maybe to shake things up I will try the king, queen pauper plan to plan the bigger meals earlier in the day.

No real reason, just to mix things up and maybe go to bed a bit lighter. Worried that I will be hungrier though with this way.

Staying positive though.

Always interesting to try different things and see how your body reacts. I love a big dinner and it has never prevented me from losing weight, but everyone is different. Good luck!

I just think I feel too full. We tend to eat later since the kids have sports and clubs so to have a family dinner it is usually at 7 or 7:30 and then bedtime is less than 3 hours later.

I hate the feeling of eating a lot late and then going to bed shortly afterward. I eat breakfast when I get up [and that's if I even want it], lunch at 11 am and dinner at 4 or 5 pm and that seems to work for me.

Yeah it's what I do too... breakfast an hour after I wake up, lunch usually before noon, and it's my biggest meal. Then a snack at 2-3pm, then dinner whenever I'm hungry between 4.30 and 6.30pm. But it's because I'm always hungry during the day and for some reason it's easier for me if I'm hungry in the evening as I know I'll go to bed soon anyway.

It just sucks because it leaves no room for last minute dinner outings, and when we plan to go out in the evening, it makes for a miserable hungry day, but that's how my body works, lol. I actually wish I was one of the 'not hungry during the day, big dinner' people because it's just easier. But even when I have a bigger day or a big dinner, I'm hungry like clockwork at 8am.

I eat a big breakfast. Then smaller meals and snacks. I almost never eat after six.

I eat really late, but often eat a light dinner as a result. Works fine for me.
