Thunder thighs

what to do to loose weight in the thighs what exercise do you all recommend ? I've lost almost 15 pounds but I want to tone my thighs need some help

    If recommend swimming, you could even swim using a kick board so it's purely your legs that you are concentrating on x

    Squats and lunges and running. Also check out Brett Contreras' "Strong Curves" program. The book illustrates many exercises as well as diet advice.

    And embrace the thunder thighs. They are electric!

    Can't spot reduce, just diet, slow and steady. Do something active you enjoy (or can tolerate at least) - lift, run, bike, swim, whatever.
