It's a good start so far. Starting to get into the routine again. I'm unable to exercise at the moment due to injury but trying to grasp the whole portion control thing is helping out.

4 lbs in a month is a steady pace at least. I think I am still on target just from limiting calories to 1400 a day. Yay! Now to increase the exercise!4 -
I am also starting late, but I think I can RELEASE 20 lbs by July 4th! Release because if I lose something I eventually find it. I don't ever want them to come back! I'm looking forward to this challenge. I think this is exactly what I need to push through this plateau.

Something doesn't feel right about this loss. I don't feel like I lost weight this week and I get something different when I step on my work scale even after accounting for a 1lb or 2 different. But since it is my birthday on Sunday and according to my home scale I have met my initial weight goal with a couple of lbs to spare. I'm gonna take it and be good this week and hoping that next weigh in is at least the same weight and not a gain.1 -
