Thank you! It's the weekends that are dangerous though doing my Fitness pal is a great way to question what your eating/drinking. Getting in a good routine good luck to you all x0

Weekends can be tough, how I got round it was to eat at more of a deficit during the week so I could eat more at the weekends - it all balances out nicely.
Even at maintenance I still keep my cals to 1800 during the week and then on Sat/Sun I can eat 2300.0 -
Wow 1800 is great, ATM I'm can have 1200 I'll bear all that in mind, thank you1

@kathrynbooth80 I'm talking maintenance calories of 1800-2300 just to be clear. (My TDEE is 2100-2300)0
