Scales not moving

Being so good cut out pop which I drunk all the time drinking loads of water, eating better, jogging but scales stay the same, still going to keep going though but gutted everytime I see the same number haha

    Keep at it... It takes 4 weeks for you to notice, it takes 8 weeks for your friends to notice and 12 weeks for the world to notice.... Don't quit keep grinding and don't watch the scale.... Measure inches and how your clothes fit and how you feel. You will go crazy watching the scale

    You didn't say when you started, but as long as you keep at it and don't give up the scales will move.

    do you weigh everything you eat on scales?

    Make sure you aren't inadvertently eating more 'because you are jogging'. Exercise burns up way fewer calories than most of us think!
