Converting steps to minutes?

Is there any way to convert steps walked during the day to minutes exercised? I'm a nurse and work 12 hour shifts, so on the days I work I don't exercise, although I walk a lot. Yesterday I walked over 19,000 steps. I'd love to get some "credit" for it. Any ideas? Thanks!

You can go into your settings and change your lifestyle to active or whatever the choice is there. I think that helps.0

Good idea...and I would probably do it if I worked more than 3 days a week. But I think I have quite a few calories already (1700) so I better just stick with what I have. I just have to be more careful on work days not to go over my calorie budget.0

Good question. I hope someone has an answer about converting steps. Isn't 10,000 steps a day recommended? I would like a way of tracking them on here.0
