Welcome... If you really stick to logging your food you will notice some weight loss just with that. Add in some exercise and that will help some more. Planing meals is key. The days I don't plan my meals I get hungry and find it easier to just cheat . Feel free to add me as a friend . I am making a new fitness commitment for myself starting 5/1 ...
