So ...
I find if I exercise everyday , I feel bigger , heavier and less lean and im heavier on the scales , yet my progress bikini pics are showing improvement however ive found this week that with nill exercise and just simply stating at a calorie defecit I feel slimmer. Clothes feel looser and ive lost weight on the scales yet my bikini pics don't look much different ?
I hate feel heavy but I want a nude viki body . Im worried that if I start exercising again I will be heavier on the scale and feel discouraged . Can anyone give me any advice ? X

I am doing more of dieting now and less of working out, because I have gotten too much muscle in the past. I will add muscle after i'm 80% to my goal, to make sure I tone up but not get too bulky. P.s. you look lovely, continue the good work! x0

Usually its the opposite - a week off from workout would make me feel soft.
You won't continue to be heavier on the scale if you consistently work out (and obviously eat at deficit if you are wanting to lose) your body will get used to the exercise and the water weight that's caused by new workouts (as your muscles hold onto that water for repair) will disappear.
Its better to be a bit heavier on the scale but be fit and active imo.0 -

Agreed! I took a few month hiatus from the gym and felt so squishy (and gained a few pounds- 10!)! When I got back to the gym, my weight stayed the same for 3 weeks despite a calorie deficit! Then I had a woosh of 2 lb, then another, then another. Now I'm back to my regular weight and no more water retention from getting back to the gym!
I was heavier for those few weeks but I did feel less "squishy" and much better about my looks!0 -

How could anyone get too much muscle? were you lifting really heavy?? and even then, to get bulky you'd have to be eating in surplus by a LOT. Have you not seen the threads of all the women who lift on here, they look stunning and in no way bulky. Its better to workout along side the dieting, your skin will look firmer and better for one thing.1 -
