Gala apples are my preferred less than 100 calorie snack - they're really satisfying and usually around 80 cal.

Rice cakes especially marmite flavoured ones.
    Pink lady apples
Clementines, small finger bananas and for an extra 2 calories :noway: you can have a Muller Light yoghurt yum yum try putting one in the freezer overnight, remove and allow to stand for 1/2 hour and eat, almost the same as shop bought frozen yoghurt even tastes creamier

Life may not be the party we hoped for :grumble :explode: but while we are here we might as well dance! :drinker: :blushing:"

    Thanks Everyone!

I did try those 100 calorie packs. I was just wondering how to mix it up a litle.

    Much appreciated!
  • The 100 calorie Hostess Cakes are so good! Especially the chocolate with cream filling! Weight Watchers also has a lot of sweets under 100 calories.

A medium sized banana with a little bit of honey drizzled over it is right around 100 calories. Those 100 calorie mini bags of popcorn are great too because it seems like you are eating a ton! I also eat string cheese, and the 100 cal packs. I loveHersheys 100 calorie dark chocolate bars. MMMMMMM
