When did you first realize that your weight loss plan was really working for you?

I noticed just today with a 16 lb loss my face is thinner, my shoulders narrower, my clothing becoming loose. AND I love it. Suddenly I feel like my attitude has shifted in such a positive way. Still have 50 to lose but a pleasant start. I'm using WW Points and seems to be exactly what I've been looking for.

I've only lost 7lbs (33lbs still to go!) but I put a top on tonight that I usually sleep in, and it's usually pretty skin tight and that's the reason I wear it in bed, because I wouldn't let anyone see me in it, but it's roomy!! I can't see any weight loss in myself, but that made me happy knowing that I'm doing something right18

A coat fit me better today, that and my ring is looser. So I know it's working!10

Probably when i got to 20 pounds loss is when i really was convinced. Ive since lost another 7 pounds and still feeling really positive and more motivated then ever to keep going and hopefully lose another 21 pounds!12

I've known for awhile, but yesterday was the clincher when my husband was following me into the house and he said, "damn, woman, your thighs don't touch anymore when you walk."20

When I could finally stick to it and everyone started noticing changes!!10

I didn't notice at all when I went away on a trip to South Korea for a month, I was posting lots of pictures on my Facebook account and everyone was commenting about my weight loss. I still didn't see it. Turns out I lost 60lbs just in that one month purely down to change in diet. I had to throw out all my size 14-16 jeans and spend a butt load of money on size 10-12s! That's when I realised how much it was. ^^ good luck on your journey xx10

When I had easily lost about 10Lbs, and KNEW I could keep doing what I was doing. That was 14 years ago.9

Oh my word - that is amazing.2 -
I realized it when I was able to "stick to it" more than a handful of days and found out I can still eat everything I love (in moderation ).12

I had probably loss my first 20 lbs. or so and could see my collarbone again. What a wonderful day.12

When I lost the first 10 lbs out of about 68 total, and my really sore feet suddenly stopped being sore!9

Probably about 3 weeks in when I had lost 3 kg. That was the first time I had steadily and consistently lost 3 kg in years -- since 2011. I've dropped 1 kg ... and gone up again ... and maybe even down 2 kg ... and back up again ... but not 3 kg.3

3-4 months into the diet and exercise plans, and one day, sudden huge drop after a very good night sleep, that's when I realized everything is right on track. Stick to the plan!8

I think I decided it was working the first time I saw my face in the mirror and the first thing I noticed was my eyes, not my jowls.9

Started with a 41 " waist
When it said 37" 2 weeks later i knew it was working8 -
When eating 3 cookies didn't bring the weight back on.13

This past two weeks when the scale kept going down a pound here and two pounds there. Of all things, I cut out coffee. I think the cream I was using has kept me in the struggle. That one simple thing has put me into the deficit I need. Now I feel encouraged that I can go the entire way.6

Exactly! I'm doing WW Points and now as I write I'm having 'skinny' chicken cordon bleu and broccoli with melted laughing cow cheddar. I'm totally satisfied and lost 2.7 lb last week!3 -

For me, ice cream was the deal breaker.1 -
My watch started flipping around like a bracelet, wedding ring fit again, and I had a collarbone !

Yes, just counting calories. I've lost 80 lbs (and had a baby in between, gained and lost 24.6 lbs pregnancy weight as well).2
