My goal is always opposite all people which is to gain weight and building muscles.
I liked about the app is the knowledge it gives about nutrition, yet i have a lot of questions needs answers.
Good to speak to people who cares about their diets and bodies..

    My question is should i care about callories in general or the protein intake (according to bodybuilding.com i needed 250g of protein per day)..
    Any suggestion?
