In CA still early here. Last night sucked. Up till after 12 and awake by 6:15. Had to nap before my walk tonight.

That sounds like my usual. In bed by 11 or 12 and up at 6 AM to get ready for work. I have started trying to get in bed earlier during the week but old habits are hard to break.
