Well right now im having eggs w/ veggies and salsa .. also a kolache I know you said no eggs and sausage lol.. I got bored with cheerios too.. try getting a different one. Fiber one honey clusters is tasty and it fills me up.. I also cut up banana in it with almond milk. Greek yogurt with granola and a piece of fruit. Like some of the others mentioned.. it doesn't necessarily have to be "breakfast foods" eat what you feel like eating at the time.0

Special K has some very tasty bars, my favorite is rasberry cheesecake, but there are many flavors. those are quick and easy and you can have some fruit with that. to get a little extra protein, a slice of cheese or a cheese stick (lowfat if you like it). Regular cheese slice if it fits within your calorie and fat. one kraft american single has about 70 calories and 5 grams of fat. the 2% has 50 calories and 2.5 grams of fat.
There are also delithins or deli flats that come in a variety of brands. they re great for sandwichs but for breakfast you can toast and put 1 tablespoon peanut butter or some type of cream cheese spread or cheese as above.
As others have said, doesn't need to be breakfast food. when I get tired of breakfast food, I have made a turkey sandwich.0 -
I usually grab a bowl of cereal, i have mini wheats, Honey Bunches of Oats With Almonds, Kellogg's Raisin Bran, Heritage Ancient Grains Almond Granola, All Bran is a filler that i will add if the cereal is not filling enough, oatmeal, peanut butter jam sandwich, egg white scrabbled with veggies in it, Pita Break - Breakfast Muesli Pita with peanut butter in it.. i usually have a green tea at breakfast too.0

Hello, I eat yogart (Chobani), fresh fruit (strawberries and about 10/20 grapes with low fat cottage cheese), whole wheat toast with little jelly, 2 hard boiled egg whites, decaf coffee or green tea. On the weekend I treat myself to 2 small pancakes with lite maple syrup. I alternate breakfast items during the week ,so I won't get bored.0

I usually have some coffee with stevia and 1 cup of fruit. I am not a big breakfast person so its been a big step for me to even eat anything in the morning.0

Have you tried eating a non breakfast food for breakfast? I'm dong Atkins and instead of eggs sometimes, I will have a grilled chicken salad, or whatever last nights dinner was. Who says oatmeal, bagels or cereal is the only thing you can do for breakfast?0

I like to have cottage cheese and either an apple or a yogurt.0

Personally I am an oatmeal addict, but since you're not a fan, here's some of my other breakfast options that may work for you! English muffins or toast (with peanut butter, sugar-free jam/marmalade, maybe a little bit of margarine or a slice of melted cheese), ham or bacon (high in sodium but they really do fill me up! I just watch my sodium for the rest of the day afterwards), cereal or berries mixed with yogurt and chocolate protein powder, or just leftovers from dinner the night before0

2 boiled eggs and 2 mugs of coffee. Keeps me full til lunch - I need protein to feel full, nothing else works! Though I do miss cereal :O)
Like someone else said, Kashi Go Lean cereal is very good - high fiber and protein; that way you can still have your cereal and get the protein you need! Plus, there's protein in the milk too!0 -
i have a banana first thing around 8.00am (i need to eat something with my medications); then later on in the morning i will have something else if im hungry; if not i just wait till lunch.0

I usually eat on the go....I make a shake before leaving the house. 1 cup nonfat milk, 1 scoop muscle milk vanilla or chocolate protein, and a bunch of frozen fruit, or peanut butter and ice, sometimes I sneak in spinach (can't taste it!). There are a ton of ways to make a shake, but its over 30g protein, 250-300cals, not too much sugar (just from fruit).....AND keeps me full for several hours!!0

I'm not a big egg-lover either. I often eat last night's left over protein while driving to work....could be grilled chicken breast, a slice of meatloaf, piece of grilled fish, or any protein that's "portable". If you sit down to eat breakfast, you have even more choices! Vegetarian pizza is also good! gailzwailz0

-1 slice of whole wheat toast with pb and a half a banana on it
-2 slices of ham with 2 wedges of laughing cow cheese smeared on them. I like to roll them up :-). + some fresh fruit
-2 weetabix with fresh fruit
-a breakfast burrito made with 2 eggs and 2 TBSPs of salsa in a whole-wheat tortilla
-plain yogurt with fresh fruit and wheat germ0 -
see my diary - I have a few staple breakfasts with some other random stuff mixed in. I try to eat about 300-325 calories each morning that are high in protein and fiber. I am picky with what i will eat because it has to keep me full for a good few hours.0

Either mixed fresh fruit , with non fat yoghurt on top or I will have a protein shake ( milk and a protein powder) with skim or soy milk. I actually tried a Jillian Micheal's chocolate one once that kept me full till lunch. If you like chocolate or vanilla and do not have time to go mixin berries and such into a blender they are a good substitution.0

I usually have egg beaters with a whole bunch of sauteed vegies (onions, green peppers, mushrooms and lots of spinach) for breakfast but yesterday I had a carbmaster yougurt (60 cal) with 1/4th cup of low fat granola (100 cal) and about a cup of fresh strawberries and blueberries - I couldn't believe how long I stayed full and didn't think about food after that and it tasted good too!0

peanut butter on toast followed by a banana is a good one, or chop the banana up onto the toast (dry) and drizzle a bit of honey on, the good stuff too!
I generally have a bowl of pickable fruit like grapes, blueberries and cherries and a glass of grapefruit juice, really becuase its just so easy!! but really if you wake up and feel like ham and cheese, rock it!0
