  The low carb forum Sabine posted seems to be the most active out of the groups i've found. I'm low carb, there are plenty around - you just need to browse the threads a little

  I do! It's day 9 for me and Im down 10 pounds in 9 days. I'm sure most of that is water weight. I love it so far.
