Is anyone using or has used Carb Nite Solution? Have you had success or seen results? Any creative meal tips? General advice? How have you had to alter your workouts while using Carb Nite Solution?

    It's an ultra low carb diet with the occasional "carb night" that manipulates hormones that promote fat burning and helps prevent fat storage. I found the entire book free on-line.

    I got insane results off of it, and had to add another carb nite because i was losing weight too effectively and now ive progressively raised my calorie intake from 1900 to 3000 a day on high fat days and 5000 on carb nites, still lost 2 pounds this last week so i have to go higher again. Add me and you can see i logged everything. Application is different for women though because hormones
