    I feel ya! The first 2 days I just did my normal routine & today I am being cautious & walking! More water & it feels good!!

    I loss 12lbs from March 27,but just found mfp a week ago. It allows me to see how the calories add up fast, great site. I might do the stairs at work tomorrow if we are not busy
