Same! Basically calling this day one because today i realized i'm not what i want to be1

I feel ya! The first 2 days I just did my normal routine & today I am being cautious & walking! More water & it feels good!!0

Today after climbing stone mountain for 2hrs,I realized I can take off this 80lbs1

I loss 12lbs from March 27,but just found mfp a week ago. It allows me to see how the calories add up fast, great site. I might do the stairs at work tomorrow if we are not busy1
