I get so discouraged. I can't believe I let myself down but gettin this heavy and now just trying to lose weight is frustrating I want to give up but I just reminstalled myself that every pound I lose gets me one step closer to my goals

OK so it's ALL upwards and onwards from here!
Take measurements of your body now, let the game begin.
Start out with a solid plan with realistic 3 Month goals
Let MFP determine your calories and log all food and excercise
Keep it simple and choose hardest excercises, not easy
Walk and run a lot
Not rocket science, just commit fully to be better, stronger faster and leaner by Christmas
Take photos now and enjoy the change for the good later0 -
