    Successes/struggles this week: I am recovering from bronchitis so it knocked me out of workouts for 2 weeks. I'm back to being able to do light workouts as long as I use an inhaler. Today I'm doing my first 5k in a couple of years. I was hoping to run it. It looks like I'll have to walk it instead but at least I'm doing it!

    Successes/struggles this week: Really difficult when you have so much to lose.....discouraging. I've backed my goal to something more realistic for the month....1 pound a week. I am now going to the local Y 4 days a week so hoping to see additional loss as a result!
