T25ers - how many calories do you burn?

Hi! I know it varies from a lot of factors...but How many calories do you usually burn in a T25 workout? I still need to get a heart rate monitor and I'm curious as to what everyone typically burns :)

    Hi Brooklyn! I'm 5'2" & about 130lbs, my HRM says I burn 180-350 depending on which video it is. The ones that are less intense or more focused on lifting burn less. Alpha round mostly, except for total body circuit - I've completed 60 days of insanity and that one is still a rough work out! I bought a polar ft4 for $50 on Amazon, it's pretty basic but I really like it, especially for the price. Do you love t25? I'm not a Beachbody sales person but I do a lot of the programs - Shaun t is my favorite :)
