  • I am speechless. Great job!!!! I'm sure you GLOW with pride every time you see your image in a mirror - I certainly would grin from ear to ear with an achievement like that. If I may ask, what exercise are you doing? I struggle with most forms if exercise because I'm still big . . . . . I only enjoy walking if I'm in a shopping mall, otherwise I get bored.

    I do walk a lot, generally 2 to 6 miles a day and I jog a little. When I first started out, I was strictly doing 2 miles a day, no matter how long it took me. I had bad ankles, a bad back and generally would get out of breath the moment I tried to push myself to do more. Now I can walk quickly and even jog about a mile if I get my stride correct (still have an issue w/ my ankles so it's hard) I also do some light weight lifting/toning at home. Generally just things I can do on my floor.
