    Trying to figure out if I can lose 4-5 lbs in the next two weeks. I have an event to go to on the 12th and my favorite LBD fits, but would look even better with a few lbs gone. Low carb and killing it at the gym will do the trick I think. Happy to be back in my size 6 dresses I'll say that much.

    I lost six pounds my first week going low carb before I joined mfp, though I was eating like a pig before so that may have had something to do with it...It can be done.

    Yay. Just work out lots and eat very little...haha. I'm terrible but I know all the tricks. Comes from summer weigh ins and wearing spandex

    Yeah I can't be really restrictive with cals or it can trigger disordered eating for me. I have to be very careful even with my logging here. Low carb always seems to work, and I've been at it for a couple of weeks now with good, steady and most importantly healthy results. I can't get obsessive over it, just have to be consistent and hope for the best lol.

    Mmmm pizza.

    I'm lucky and if I put my mind to it I can drop weird pretty quickly. I find going for a few runs works wonders.

    The portions are small...best to eat with a side salad. half a pizza was 500 cals I think
