chicken breast

Do I grill it THEN measure out 3oz or measure 3oz (serving) and then grill it?

You can do either - just look for calories for "chicken breast raw" or "chicken breast grilled".

Weigh how you want just record as such...
For me 100g is a lunch, 150-200 is a dinner

Unless it is Swiss Chalet rotisserie, I almost always eat thighs vs breasts.

Depends on your calories, macros and what else you're eating. I'll usually put anywhere from 6 to 9 oz. of grilled chicken breast on my salad.

I weigh meat and veggies however I'm eating them. If I'm eating it raw I weigh it raw. I'm eating it cooked then it's weighed after cooked.

Raw chicken was the hardest to eat mentally...had o overcome 30 years of programming hat raw chicken will make you sick. That being said I'd still only at raw chicken at a reputable yakitori place in Japan.

Fish and Beef are given...horse and elk were good too....

I've never heard of this. Are there places in the US where you can eat chicken/beef sashimi?

    Pick the correct database entry.

Also, forget arbitrary serving sizes. A serving size is the amount you eat, not what someone tells you you should eat.

A serving is whatever you want, preferably one that fits your goals.

Yes! I was stunned by how good chicken sashimi was, particularly the organ meats.
