Thank goodness coffee doesn't have calories

Just wanted to express that. Gradually weaned myself from creamer to chemically laden sugar free creamer to black coffee at work, and enjoy skim lattes from my wife's machine at home.

    I think coffee has about 2 calories per cup. But I don't count them either.
    I use real cream once in a while and I'll only count the cream.

    I have to use nondairy creamer and Splenda

    I usually prefer it with some sort of creamer in it but today I drank all of my coffee black and actually enjoyed it. Sometimes I do but much of the time I find it too bitter.
