Ummm thinking ..and thinking. Only reason I am here is to be motivated towards being fit and prove just to myself I can do it ....and to help others in my shoes to help with anything.

I'm glad people use this for motivation, hopefully one day you won't need it for that. I use this to track my diet, love that you can just scan barcodes.
Food, if you question it, don't eat it.
Exercise, Nike said it best, Just do it!
You'll feel better overall with both of these.
