Just started working out again after retiring from the Service in 2011. I'm about 45+ pounds over where I want to be. I am finding it more difficult to manage my stress levels or keep up with my 5 year old son. Any support or help would be welcomed. :-)

Nice to meet you. I am trying to jump back into a weight loss journey. I have 50+ pounds to lose. I lost a lot of weight while I lived in Austin. When I moved back to my hometown I put it all back on. A bad relationship and school were part of the problem. Relationship is gone and school will be over when I graduate on the 14th. I am ready for a new healthy lifestyle change, how about you?0
