Hey everyone!
So here's my story. I'm a pretty tall girl, I've never been skinny but over the past 6 years I've put on a significant amount of weight. I remember being 170 before starting college in 2009 and then I gained 30 lbs that first year. I yoyod around 200-215 for about 2 years and then I broke my foot and ended up in a bad relationship.
Fast forward to 2014, foot partially healed and relationship ending in was 240lbs. I moved and started to get comfortable with going out with friends all the time and then I became ill-pneumonia and was placed on prednisone and gained 25 lbs. So here I was 265 lbs and flip flopping between feeling sorry for myself and convincing myself that I didn't look that fat.
I blew up to 275lbs until I couldn't stand it anymore and started to make a lifestyle change which resulted in about a 10 lb lost. I'm currently at 259 lbs and my goal is to lose 75 lbs before August 19 which is my birthday. Game on! Feel free to join me for motivation! It's nice to have support that sometimes the people in our day to day lives don't understand.

Good luck. In a similar position and also struggle with old injuries (1 broken ankle, 1 broken foot). Seems to get easier as the weight drops off though1
