Baked salmon fillets. Keep them in the freezer. Pull one out after work. Put one on foil. Sprinkle with Old Bay. (I like the cajun). Bake 20 min at 400.

Low fat Greek yogurt. Tuna. Chicken. If you like cereal in the morning special k makes a couple kinds of protein cereal that are yummy.

Greek yogurt or if you really want to increase it, go with a good protein powder. I throw it in my smoothie in the morning and it really beefs up the protein content.

Greek yogurt (I've been eating the Oikos Triple Zeros - 15g), grilled chicken breast, and yes, the protein powders.

As other have said, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and protein powders. Also, beef jerky, deli meat rolled with cheese (but watch the sodium), shrimp (literally 50 calories worth will get you 10.8 grams of protein), eggs, string cheese, and protein bars.
