I havent been really working out. Ive been losing weight since October very slowly. But I won't complain since I really haven't taken the time to work out. I just been runing around my 2 and 5yr old and i have a fitbit that makes me more aware of my movement/footsteps. Im going to start 30 Day Shred today. So hopefully that will help. Successes/struggles this week: I am a new mom to a 2 month old baby. I am breastfeeding and therefore need to consume an appropriate amount of calories. I'm still healing and can't do much more physical activity than walking yet. I will be focusing more on nutrition and trying to find an appropriate deficit.4 -
