Home workout DVDs

To my workout from homers, What programs are you doing? Are you seeing results? I'm currently doing 22 hard corps and lost 5lbs in the first 2 weeks. I love the program but sometimes find myself doing the workouts at 11 at night because I procrastinate it all day because I can know I can do it anytime. But hey I get it done right lol...

DDP Yoga, down 12 pounds in about a month and a half. But most of that is with my calorie counting. I will say my flexibility, stamina, and strength have improved tho!

Jillian Michaels 30 day shred (level 1 and 2 are free on YouTube). I haven't lost any lbs on the scale but people are commenting that it looks like I've lost weight.

Jillian Michaels Beginner Shred - and the title's definitely misleading, it's tough. But good.
