Congrats on the baby! Remember, slow and steady wins the race. Eat at a caloric deficit and breastfeeding (if you choose to) also burns quite a bit of calories - not to mention the benefits to the baby - just suggesting. Best of luck.

The problem is that if you drop weight to quickly you don't just lose body fat, you will be losing muscle too.
