How to stay motivated to run every morning

I've been up n dwn with my weight for the past 6 years so I'm ready to lose again n keep it off and stay active after ....

    Question first, do you enjoy/like running? Its hard to have motivation about something if its not something you like in the first place :)

    You shouldn't run EVERY morning. You need rest days. No rest days -> injuries -> no motivation -> creating another post asking people for motivation. Its a vicious cycle.

    Just take things one step at a time. Try the C25K program (there are a plethora of apps out there).

    Do you actually like running?

    If you don't then find something else to do. Maybe you enjoy walking or riding your bike.

    I have a friend who can run every damn day. No idea how she does it. I can't so I don't even try. But I do like to walk and bike so that is what I do instead.
