    SW 213, I was in a US 16/18/maternity-pants-denial ;)
    CW 168, currently in a US 8.

    Curious to see what size I'll be in another 28lbs!

    How'd you do it? What was your method?

    @GracieSmiles16

    I lost the initial 20 pounds by sticking to 1200-1300 calories per day, using the elliptical for 30 minutes 4x per week. After the first 20 I started running and gradually built up to 30 miles per week over the course of 6 months.

    A good lifting program, about 2,3 times a week, eating an average of 1900-2000 calories a day, decent protein, enjoying the heck out of life and these days doing pull-ups :)

    I don't really know my way before size because I wasn't on here tracking my everything. But I started mfp last August and had already lost some weight. But if I remember correctly I was wearing a 3X In a top and a 2X in pants. I can wear a size 18 in jeans and pants and XXL in tops. I lost 45 pounds. I still have 115 pounds to lose.

    I Love this thread! I think it's very beneficial for everybody to realize no matter what their weight, their sizes are going to be different from somebody else. Here's my stats:

    SW: around 205 wearing a size 14
    CW: 171 and a size 10, but need an 8
    GW: 135. I'm guessing this will be a size 2/4

    Wow your transformation is really awesome. Is it weight lifting results?!
