I have been playing around with My Fitness Pal for the past 12months.

But now I am trying it for real, as a way to track my intake of food and activity levels.

I have just found out that I have an under active thyroid and been asked by specialist to track every thing for the next few months.

Not sure how I will go but in for a penny in for a pound as they say.

Any hints or tips would be well received.
