Yep! I make this one often - I microwave it for 45 seconds instead of 30 and make it into two - it's not perfect but hey, it's low fat and pure protein. You can use any protein powder - I actually have cinnamon bun whey I like as well.

Just make room for it and go to a nice bakery and enjoy the hell out of it. Seriously. You could try finding lower calorie versions but you'd waste just as many calories trying out things that just won't be as satisfying.
I AM speaking from experience.
Or go buy a Quest cinnamon roll bar and microwave it for 15 seconds. Heck, maybe it works for some people...0
