    Weight lost overall: It says 5lbs, but that's a lie! I lost 15 lbs this time last year and have since gained most of it back. Ugh!

    **Goal for this week: Not to worry about the scale, just to show up. Work out 4x's this week.

    Successes/struggles this week: Starting to actually change - instead of think about it and get bummed. Still hungry, tho.
    Successes/struggles overall: I made a lifestyle change at the beginning of last year, lost 15lbs, fell in love, gained some it back, lost it over the holidays, got a new job downtown, completely blew my diet/fitness routine out of the water (it came to a stand still), gained some more back, and trying to get back on track...ugh...this is exhausting! So. Many. Changes.

    Successes/struggles this week: I am new to the logging of foods, workouts, and weight. I was told about this by a new acquaintance. So far I am giving it a go, still have huge sugar cravings but am sure that it takes time. Today is day 2 and tomorrow starts fresh.

    This weeks goals are to continue working out my gym four days a week and to stick to my low carb diet. I count my carbs not my calories Goal by the end of this month is to weigh 214 pounds

    My goal for this week is to workout 4 days a week and to record my food and exercise every day. I must get used to logging in and maintaining awareness!

    I have a friend who is an athletic trainer for professional tennis players. He says to focus on the goals of eating and exercising not on pounds lost. The weight loss and toning will come as a result of meeting the goals that are achievable.

    Successes/ Struggles this week: Since I returned to work it is hard to fit in exercise, and the stress hormones make it harder for the body to lose weight. So the trick will be to find balance. I'm recovering from broken leg and broken wrist, funny how quickly we lose muscle mass.
