Hangover cure??

I'm still hungover and feel awful. I've tried everything. I've drank tons of water. I've gone to the gym. Does anyone have any recommendations??

Thank you! I'm gonna try that. My friend actually drank that while she was pregnant due to indigestion

Hydration and rest. Hangovers are caused by dehydration, the pain you feel in your head is from your brain shrinking and pulling away from your skull. Drink sports drinks and not just water. Unless you have indigestion, baking soda is not going to do you much good.

If you're nauseous, see if you can get some ginger tea or ginger beer. Ginger is brilliant for nausea. Lemongrass and ginger tea is my saviour when I'm hungover.

Why ask if you just want to argue with the suggestions?

Wasn't an argument. At all actually. I was simply stating unfortunately sleep has to wait. And I said I've been drinking Gatorade all day. How is that an argument?

Sprite or powerade! I've also found that rolling around in bed making grumpy noises and watching QVC helps.

I find a packet of salted crisps (chips? I'm from the UK lol) works well, with a sugary drink like coke. Not great if you're trying watch your calorie intake, but needs must sometimes!

Man up, hydrate and wait for it to pass/don't get drunk enough to get a hangover the day before work :D
