Beginner Shred vs. 30 Day Shred (Jillian Michaels)

I'm trying to decide which dvd to purchase and start with. I zumba 2 to 3 days a week, but would like to add something to make me stronger and toned. I had tried the body shred class at the gym and really liked it, and was seeing results, but the rates at the gym changed so I can't afford the extra class. I would like to lose weight and/or tone up...get rid of jiggly arm stuff. Thoughts?

    I just started 30 day shred about a week ago and I like it a lot. It's only 20 minutes a day and I do it 3-4 times a week. Great addition to my 3x a week runs.
