I have lost 42 since February. The last 12 while on MFP. Still have another 100 to go. Sending a request your way2

Hello girls, I lost weight 100 lb, but 130 lb gained weight within a few years. The yoyo effect. It was wonderful to be slim. I start again from the beginning.2

My overall goal is 130, but I am starting with a goal to lose 20. Lets make this happen ladies
For those who have lost this amount before, how did you do it? Also, why do you think you gained it back? I have yoyo-ed between gaining and losing 50lbs for the last couple of years. For me, I got pregnant and allowed myself to eat very poorly.

How I lost. I ate mostly raw vegetables. I did salad vegetables without salt. I went to the pool for water aerobics for a year. I felt wonderful. The guy who ran aerobic at the pool was very nice, cordial and very handsome. Hunk have to look at fat ladies.1

Hello!
I lost it doing optifast!! It was awesome and I kept it off for awhile... Unfortunately a few things happened and I packed it on plus more... I'm on it again and I've lost 6lbs in 2 days!
We can all do this!! I'm so freaking motivated I've got tons to spare!!2 -

I'm 46 and have been up and down with my weight since 2005. Lowest was 152, everywhere in between, highest was 258. I've recently lost 23 pounds through walking and watching my diet. Recently, I've found it a tad bit harder to stay motivated. I've suffered the loss of my brother, moved, staying with my aging parents to help care for them and started a new job 2 weeks ago after having the same employer for almost 20 years.

It is a wonderful spring morning. Everything blooms, trees, shrubs, flowers, wonderful scents, larks sing. Magical and romantic time of the year and perfect for us to begin a diet.

We all will lose weight and then maybe we'll meet in Warsaw or in Rome, because all roads lead to Rome, and I love Rome, although the Italians are very noisily. Well, Italians are gaudy but very nice people,I like them.

Ladies add me please. We can all do this!!!! I started out with 94lbs to lose and I just thought what's the point it's too much to get off. But then the alternative is even worse so I just focus on doing the best thing for my body everyday.
I still have ages to go with 65lbs to drop my goal is to be 130 by the end of the year. Put your mind to it and your dream will become your reality. Those of you that have done it before now know it is possible1 -

I'm in a similar situation. I'm currently at 360 pounds. A few years ago I lost about 80 pounds but after moving and now working 3 jobs I've regained about a 100+.0

I have back & knee issues...had 4 babies in a row & gained massive weight!! I started the " Bariatric Diet" (meat, 1C veggies, 1C fruit 3x a day with only water, Crystal light, and sugar-free tropical popsicles in between) after a psychiatrist said I was not a good candidate because I was "depressed & Lethargic" & I was like whhhhhat?! I mean...what do you expect when you have chronic pain & you're morbidly obese?! That stuff kind of goes hand-in-hand0

Hi gang, i don't post much ... i started the day after Xmas at 290 lbs... as of last sunday i'm down 62 lbs with 60 left to lose.... please do not look at the sum total of what you want to lose... look at 1 pound at a time... lose 1 pound.. then look at the next 1 pound...so on and so on... it is very easy to become discourage when you say i have to lose 100 lbs...so don't... its 1 pound at a time.. one day at a time one week at a time... stay focused... eat with in your calories that you set up here... do your best not to go over... the only way to lose weight is to eat at a deficit... you need to burn more calories than you consume... calories in vs calories out... you also need to get up and move... doesn't matter what you do ,just do more than your doing now and add to it each day if you can...for me its walking... fitbit in hand i could barely do the recommended 10 k a day... i average just over 17 k now ...
you have to come to the realization that this is not a temporary diet.. it must be a lifestyle change..this is for the rest of our lives... i'm a 55 year old fart who wants to be around to see some grandkids... i will not wish you luck... there is no luck involved... PATIENCE and PERSEVERANCE .5 -
