It's a good start so far. Starting to get into the routine again. I'm unable to exercise at the moment due to injury but trying to grasp the whole portion control thing is helping out.

I am also starting late, but I think I can RELEASE 20 lbs by July 4th! Release because if I lose something I eventually find it. I don't ever want them to come back! I'm looking forward to this challenge. I think this is exactly what I need to push through this plateau.

Something doesn't feel right about this loss. I don't feel like I lost weight this week and I get something different when I step on my work scale even after accounting for a 1lb or 2 different. But since it is my birthday on Sunday and according to my home scale I have met my initial weight goal with a couple of lbs to spare. I'm gonna take it and be good this week and hoping that next weigh in is at least the same weight and not a gain.
As it turns out I was probably right about last week. Something was off or wrong with my scale. So this week it seems I gained weight. When I actually I lost but since my scale and app was off last week it won't reflect a loss.

I'm thinking losing 20 pounds by 4th of July is definitely an attainable goal! Some of us just finished the 20 pounds by Easter Challenge (congrats if you made your goal!) and maybe fell a little short. Don't give up! Join this challenge!
