I'm actually down on Oreos in part because of all these new flavors. It's wrong. Oreos should have regular and double stuff only, like when I was a kid. ;-)

    Oreos have trans fats.

Even if they did, they're delicious enough to be worth it.

    But they don't.

    Aka, all Oreos.

They're also vegan, for those who care about that sort of thing.

Get informed. Just because it says zero doesn't mean there's none. It only means there's less than 0.5 g per seving.

Personally I think avoiding sugar can be harmful. Sugar reduces stress, provides glucose for the brain and readily available energy for the body. As long as you balance your macros and don't eat too many calories overall you're fine...

I am informed. I'm fully aware of the regulations.

Now, you made a definitive statement that Oreos have trans fats. I offered evidence that they do not (definitive evidence that they at least have less than .5 milligrams).
Do you have any evidence to defend your claim that Oreos do indeed contain some level of trans fats?
Or do you just know that surely they must because they're Oreos?

And a food can be advertised as having 0 calories per serving as long as it's under 5. Why? Because it's insignificant.

Yeah, but what do you mean, by "no" ... stuff? You mean just a little, right?

    Oh, you actually mean, none?
