Already in the first day reality has sunk in how many calories I've taken in. I realize there's much more to being fit but that's very surprising. I already eat well so this should add to my success. Any suggestions are welcomed as I begin my journey.

It's crazy how many calories are in the foods we are so used to eating. It takes time to develop a good habit. Hope things are going good for you. Ps- I'm I'm az too0
