need some good advice

just recent started a diet plan im watching calories but im not sure what else i need to watch....any body have ne advice...im about 3 weeks in and ive lost about 5 ilbs so u think im on the right track...any information aprreciated

My advice is don't over complicate things... Measure and weigh everything you can and log it! And stay within your calorie deficit...drink lots of water! That's a good start! Then, if you're not already, add exercise!0

ive been eating about 1400 calories a day.. i just found fitness pal and its been 3 weeks now just started walking on tread mill.. lost about 5 lbs but i want to make sure im on the right path im not forsure how many calories is good and what is bad
